ST. CONSTANTINE

The  resort  St. Constantine is  situated  8 km. from  Varna  and  480 km.  from  Sofia . It’s  the  oldest  resort  along  the  Bulgarian  seaside . It  was  named  after  nearby  St. St. Constantine  and  Elena  Monastery , which  was  built  at  the  beginning  of  the  18-th  century . The  church  in  the  monastery  is  one  of  the  most  interesting  sights . It  was  built  half  in the  ground . According  to  the  legend , the  sacred  water  streams  under  the  stone  plate  in  front  of  altar .

The  resort  has  an  ancient  glory  thanks  to  a  unique  combination  of  numerous  mineral  springs , balneology  complexes , outside  swimming  pools  with  hot  mineral  water  and  excellent  service .
